Being distributor of bus parts, we have seen a lot of different equipment used in a variety of applications.
We've learned a great deal from our customers about what it takes to keep their coaches running to their satisfaction.
We've also learned what it takes to make parts and repairs last - which lowers our customers' cost per mile. We find
new parts applications every day and continually add new parts to our inventory.

There may be more than one company in the coach industry that can get you the parts you need, if you tell them exactly what
you want. But not everyone can tell you what hardware kit, seal, bearing, oil or air products you'll need for the job.

Our Company
We are a dedicated wholesale bus parts distributor serving 'over the road' bus and transit maintenance
facilities, truck dealerships and custom coach builders. Our relationship with the major bus manufacturers
including, but not limited to, Eagle, MCI, Prevost, GMC, RTS, Flexible and Neoplan
has been cultivated by years of a working relationship.
Bus Service Inc. has been incorporated since 1990. We would like to think that it is our dedication
and innovations to continually improve our service that makes us stand out from all our fellow competitors. We
offer support and products that many companies are either unwilling or unable to provide.
Our regular hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MT. Monday thru Friday.
We are international!! Our customer base includes companies in places such as England, Argentina, Canada, Australia,
Saudi Arabia and Germany. Internationl orders that cannot be shipped by UPS or US Postal has to be handled by our customers
forewarder.
We offer same day shipping on in-stock items provided orders are received by 11:00 p.m.. UPS is our domestic carrier
and large orders are shipped via our broker, Freight Quote.
We accept major credit cards including MasterCard and VISA. PayPal is also accepted. C.O.D. shipments and open
accounts are available upon credit approval. .
Pricing in our industry changes frequently. While we try to keep our prices up-to-date, it is often difficult to
keep up with all those changes. With that in mind, prices are subject to change without notice.
Credit and Return Policies
Our general terms are prepaid except for those with pre-approved credit. Backorders are not held except when specifically
requested by the customer. Any returns must be authorized by our office personnel within 30 days of receipt of the orders.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns after 30 days will be approved on an
individual basis.
Our Shop
Here is some information about our shop.
We have a precision machine shop which consists of a precision D.C. drive Monach lathe with a 15"
swing and 5' bed with DRO. Kwik Way boring bar cutting up to 6", Bridgeport milling machine
with X and Y DRO, Boyer Schultz automatic precision grinder with 5x16 table, EDM with capacity of boring .030
to .250 holes in any metal.
In addition, we have the ability to precision weld many types of metals including stainless and aluminum. Our metal shop
consists of Esab plasma cutter capable of cutting up to 1-1/4 plate. We also have a 6' brake, 4' sheer, notcher,
4 ton punch press, Lincoln 250 tig welder, and an Esab wire feed welder with spool gun.
We are the oldest Webasto Distributors and warranty facility in the USA. We sell and service all Webasto heating systems
including new computer controlled models. We stock all the parts for the products we sell as well as tech support
for the factory.
We are a Agua Hot warranty and repair facility.
